Meta is a very professional organize coach who doesn’t lose the personal touch.
Before the project she came up with a clear plan and helped me to mentally prepare for it. During the project, she helped to stay motivated and focused till the end. In a gentle way, she challenged me to make difficult decisions. She listened and adjusted her plan that would suit best to our home/family situation.
